The Backstroke Start Training Device utilizes the same FINA compliant designed ledge from the Backstroke Start System but with a simple and easy attachment of just two 5-foot polyester straps and a stainless-steel cam buckle to secure and adjust the height. With a lower cost, portability, and easy setup, this device is perfect for training exercises to get swimmers acclimated to fast and secure starts with a ledge.
